Property access information
JML Electric may collect limited property access details (such as gate codes, lockbox codes, or alarm system instructions) strictly for the purpose of completing scheduled electrical services. In the course of providing electrical services, JML Electric may be required to share client information (such as name, service address, and project details) with regulatory authorities including the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA), hydro/utilities providers, or municipal permitting offices. Such disclosure will only occur as required by law or necessary to complete electrical work.
Subcontractors and assist ants
Where subcontractors, apprentices, or assistants are engaged to perform work, they may have limited access to personal information necessary for completing their duties. JML Electric requires all such individuals to adhere to strict confidentiality and privacy obligations.
Warranty, safety, and recordkeeping
